I’m Kasey Connolly: Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBHWC), certified personal trainer, yoga and meditation teacher, and lifelong student of what makes people change.

Before coaching, I spent years as an actor, studying behavior, emotion, and what it means to inhabit a body.

Now I help women inhabit their own bodies with the same curiosity and depth, creating lasting transformation from the inside out.
